I was watching YouTube last night, when I saw an industrious gentleman in India, who was melting plastic waste and pouring it into molds to make multi-coloured zig-zag cobbles to replace pavement blocks. You could make various sizes and types. It would shed microplastics over time, but the bottles would do that anyway. Possibly add ground up tyres to the mix, reducing their waste footprint too. Check the thermal properties and add some fire resistant materials. Not good for housing though, sadly.
